Vegan Cranberry Thumbprint Cookies

I made these gluten-free vegan cranberry thumbprint cookies to use up the Thanksgiving cranberry sauce.  They’re naturally sweetened with dates so they are free of refined sugar.  A blend of almond flour and oat flour makes them gluten-free.  The perfect way to use Thanksgiving leftovers!
