Blind Faith Cafe

A little north of the city in Evanston you’ll find Blind Faith Cafe.  It’s a certified green restaurant that offers seasonal, high-quality vegetarian dishes.  For Easter they will be offering their regular brunch menu that is loaded with vegan favorites. Hyatt Lodge Oak Brook

Just a short trip out of the city brings you to the Hyatt Lodge in Oak Brook.  They have a wonderful Easter buffet spread with plenty of vegan options, and a dessert table that will include a build-your-own sundae station with raspberry sorbet.  Call ahead to make reservations.  Information found here.

Kingsbury Street Cafe

Kingsbury Street Cafe is a short walk from the North and Clybourn Red Line.  They will be serving their regular brunch menu for Easter along with some seasonal specials.  Vegan dishes include a banana coconut chia pudding and garden tofu scramble with miso.  Reservations recommended, make them here.

Park and Field

Park and Field is one of the best restaurants with a patio in Chicago.  Their casual-chic interior is complete with couches, a fireplace and tons of vintage sports memorabilia.  They’ll be having a special Easter brunch buffet with vegan tofu scramble and quinoa cakes.  They’ll also have a kids egg hunt at 11:30 and 1pm AND an adult egg hunt at 3pm.  Adults are $40 and kids are $20. True Food Kitchen

True Food Kitchen is a great spot in River North for some delicious vegan fare.  They’re a health-driven restaurant focusing on fresh seasonal dishes that burst with flavor.  For Easter, they will feature favorites from their regular brunch menu – like their vegan chorizo burrito and ancient grains bowl – as well as new items on their spring menu like their spring asparagus toast and strawberry rhubarb crisp.  Make reservations here.
